Alberto Carbo was born in Columbia where food is a vital component of cultural and social interactions. His love of food led him to pursue a career in the culinary industry, landing him in many kitchens and bars. He is drawn to the universal nature of food and its ability to connect people from all walks of life. While travelling in South America for 2.5 years, he embarked on many unique culinary projects.
The next step was gardening where his “growing” interest in plants led him to study herbalism and the rich global tradition of using plants as medicine.
Alberto combines his experience as both a chef and a certified clinical herbalist (CHT) to offer a unique one- day foray into the world of plants and cooking.
Alberto Carbo est né en Colombie, où la nourriture est une composante essentielle des interactions culturelles et sociales. Son amour de la nourriture l'a conduit à faire carrière dans l'industrie culinaire, ce qui l'a amené à travailler dans de nombreuses cuisines et bars. Il est attiré par la nature universelle de la nourriture et sa capacité à relier des personnes de tous horizons. En voyageant en Amérique du Sud pendant deux ans et demi, il s'est lancé dans de nombreux projets culinaires uniques.
